The second in the series, again exploring the same abstract sense of Pembrokeshire's fields and light. The beauty of this piece is in its simplicity.
Painted on board and framed, it's great for small spaces that need light. The brightness of the image reflects the sun hitting the fantastic Welsh countryside, a little pocket of sunshine to brighten any room. This painting is one of five I've done of this very field. Its beauty is so striking, I kept coming back to it.
As a lover of Pembrokeshire, the imagery is deeply symbolic to me, and reminiscent of happy times spent on the coast.
